Design Build construction is inherit to DEJAMES because it relies on a strong relationship between contractor and owner/developer. There is nothing more important to us than being able to shake our clients’ hand at the end of a project, knowing that we built more than a project, but a relationship. Our team has experience in designing industrial warehouses from 100,000 SF to 800,000 SF, Airplane Hangers (PEMB), Car Dealerships (Subaru, Toyota, Chevrolet, Buick, Mazda, Ford), Anheuser Bush (PEMB), and multiple PEMB (pre-engineered metal building) projects.
